Our Vision
A society where no one's need for help goes unanswered — where every person has the opportunity, support, and dignity to smile, learn, grow, and thrive.
Our Mission
Smile For All (SFA) exists to serve any genuine need in our community, however it shows up — through skill training and self-reliance, environmental protection and tree plantation, emergency health and medical support, education and access to knowledge, and humanitarian relief such as winter clothing drives, blood donation, and flood response. We work hands-on, powered by volunteers, going wherever help is needed and adapting to whatever form that help must take — today and in whatever new ways tomorrow calls for.
Our Values
- Community First — every SFA project starts with a real need someone in our community brought to us — not a boardroom decision. We listen first, then act.
- Volunteer-Powered — we're not a big office; we're neighbours who decided to help. Our work runs almost entirely on the time, skill, and commitment of everyday volunteers.
- Responsibility, Not Just Action — doing something is not enough — we take ownership of the outcome. Whether it's a tree we plant or a skill we teach, we stay committed to it long after the initial effort, tracking, supporting, and following through.
- Empower, Don't Just Provide — we believe in teaching people to earn and sustain themselves rather than creating dependency — building real, lasting self-reliance instead of one-time relief.
- Open to Everyone — we are a non-profit, non-political organization, and our help reaches anyone in genuine need — regardless of background, belief, or affiliation.
- Transparency and Trust — from tracking every planted tree to publishing our campaigns and progress openly, we work in a way our community can see, verify, and trust.
